She puts the Rhode in Rhoder...

I have a lot I want to say...

but like any other momma today is a busy one!

Tomorrow I am going to Holmes Co and so I'm trying to pack my Monday and Tuesday to-do lists into one day!!!  This is not easy after a busy weekend.

Friday night I was able to go out with my bff, Sarah.  I was thankful Brian gave me the night off. :)

Sarah and I have been bffs since 2004....and dinner and shopping is what we do best. We call each other "Rhoder" (and so does the rest of the Rhoder-loving world).  Sarah's last name is Rhode.  Rhode + Yoder = Rhoder.  Now she can never get married ;).  We've been through a lot of things... campaigning door to door...fights with professors...break-ups and breakdowns...first jobs...and first baby!  When one of us is crying we usually call each other first (and let's be honest, we're criers).

I think this was 2005.  I loved those shoes...and we both had that navy sweater.  The last time I lifted my leg that high I was giving birth. Hahaha.  FYI: Sarah was not holding my leg then!

Sarah's graduation in May 2007.  Look at those cords...this is what we call our "deer in headlights look" which is only second to our "squinty eye."

Kind of dark but this is us visiting Philadelphia in Feb 2009.  Independence Hall is in the background.  We enjoyed seeing the history, pretending we were in National Treasure, and making up inappropriate songs about some of the other tourists!

Saturday we went to visit Brian's dad- please continue to pray for him. I'll give more updates on a later blog but wanted to keep today light-hearted!

I will also update you on my New Year's Resolutions...
